This is my performance of Michael Manring’s “When Last We Spoke.”
For this song I primarily used my fretless Warwick Corvette which I strung up with piccolo bass strings. For the bottom end of the chorus I added my Music Man Bongo bass. The keyboard performance is also mine. I used my Line 6 X3 Pro for both basses and recorded direct. The only effects I’ve added was the reverb and a tiny bit of delay. The majority of the sound comes from the instrument and my use of the Ebow.
